The extension already allows to merge contributions etc. from a real user A to
"Anonymous" (user_id=0) user B.
Only as an enhancement, the extension could be deliberately modified so that
also merging all "anonymous" contributions to a certain user B would be
possible.
(filed for better tracking of this idea; low priority)
