discussion] about enabling rollback flag in ukwiki, which was initiated by me
and included the description and brief regulations of use, shows obvious
consensus for implementing the right (there's no technical possibility to grant
it yet). At the moment a proposed policy is being discussed, but no objections
have been raised save for possible abuse when edit warring, which is clearly
prohibited by both the draft and the policy in question. Considering the above,
please give local administrators the right to grant rollback permissions.
