Some comments:
RSS vs ATOM: Since we now only put atom feeds in link's (since some time in
1.17) we should probably only have:
$wgSiteFeed['atom'] =

before I forget, if mediawiki doesn't do this itself, the |'s in the url should
be changed to %7C since some clients seem to have difficultly with that
character
