I used to have until SemanticForms become incompatible with
$wgLegacyJavaScriptGlobals = false.

Looks like SemanticMaps/includes/services/GoogleMaps3/jquery.googlemapsinput.js
is not getting loaded. No idea why this is - works fine locally.
