When hovering mouse over the feedback box, no 'name' was found using Inspect
object tool from Microsoft available through windows 7 location "C:\Program
Files\Microsoft SDKs\Windows\v7.1\Bin\x64\Inspect.exe" . It was also checked
using NVDA and did not pick any prompt for input.
Browser used: FF12
