Hi,
We have recently started a Wikipedia club in Chandigarh, India. During or after
the events the new editors would have tried to edit and someone of them has
tried to vandalize without logging in, for which the IP address
(115.252.32.0/20) has been blocked and all of them are unable to edit now.
Please release the IP address in a priority basis.
Please see the attached screenshot of the IP block.
