I mean if you press the j key, the browsing area goes to the next section. if
you press the k key, the browsing area goes to the previous section.

As far as I know, the MediaWiki software is run on a server which is accessed
by a browser (or by other tools accessing its API, like RSS readers). Still you
end up with some software
