In Yast I added the repository
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/KDE:/Qt51/openSUSE_12.3/
Then I get to install the package libqt5-qttools-devel and its dependencies

Ok, as you can see in log, it wasn't able to verify if qt packages are present,
and they clearly are not. You first need to install QT 4 or QT 5 before you
start compiling huggle

BTW: I installed the dependencies by running
$ apt-get install libqt4-dev qt4-qmake libqt4-dev libqt4-dev-bin qt4-dev-tools
before attempting to install Huggle.
And I got my copy of Huggle

I think it's libqtwebkit-dev, I inserted that to deps, checkout, ./configure
again ;)
