In the context of Bugzilla bugs, it can be difficult to know who to copy on
design-related bugs. I don't believe there's currently an index or dictionary
saying "Jared is interested in X" while "May is interested in Y" and "Pau is
interested in Z", etc. I've mostly just been copying Jared and using the design
keyword, but having a more concrete and explicit practice might be better.
