Currently we store all of the profiling data in graphite in a rather generic
namespace "MediaWiki". Let's rename this to be additionally nested under
"profiling" and "php".
And while at it, we can rename this root directory to be more in naming
convention with the rest (short lowercase labels, e.g. "mw" for this one).
