This continues to happen. If it's my mistake, I haven't figured it out. I
think it's a bug. I don't know if it's fixed in versions more recent than what
referata.com has.

I changed Address1 to Addrs1. It didn't fix it.
I also tried removing the last field, so the second to the last field became
the last field. Now this field is the one that shows as the label to the

What fixed it was to edit the Form, not the Template. I'm not sure, though,
how it happened, but it could have been my mistake.
