As part of the new design, these 'Featured' and 'Resolved' labels should fail more gracefully, rather than collide with the tools panel. Would it be possible to make these labels disappear if the screen is resized to the point that they would start overlapping the tools panel? Also, would it be possible to make the 'Featured' and 'Resolved' labels be right-aligned next to the tools panels? The MediaWiki API JavaScript convenience functions in core (resources/mediawiki.api/mediawiki.api.js) have a default timeout of 30 seconds. This causes uploads to report an error if the final step runs longer than 30 seconds. The uploads should be successfully going through, regardless, which is why the Retry shows a stash error (at that point the file has been successfully removed from the stash). We can fix this by overriding the default timeout, but we should determine why the action=upload for a file (even one of just a few hundred KB) in the stash takes upwards of 30 seconds. Here are some simple presentational tweaks for the new look of the feedback
page.
Because these are mostly simple copy or layout tweaks, I have listed them all
in one bug, rather than open a dozen tiny bug reports, in the interest of time.
(Note that the more complex bugs now have their own tickets.)
The overall goal of the requests below is to make the feedback page match more
closely this updated mockup for the feedback page:

* Page Title
Let's add 'on' and say 'Feedback on Golden-crowned Sparrow', as shown in the
mockup.
* Number of posts
Let's say '234 feedback posts for this page', as shown in the mockup. (We are
not supposed to use the word 'article', because Wikimedia's policy is to use
the word 'page' for international deployments.)
* Percent of users
Let's use a smaller font for '65% found what they were looking for', as shown
in the mockup.
* Filters
See separate ticket for tweaking the filters.
* Sort by
Re-order the sort links ('Sort by: Relevance | Date | Helpfulness | Rating'),
to match the mockup.
* Horizontal dividers
The first horizontal divider below the filter and sort tools should be 2 pixels
high, with a slightly darker shade of gray; the remaining dividers between
posts should only by 1 pixel high, as shown in the mockup.
* Comments too wide
The width of the text area for comments still seems too wide, compared to the
mockup. Comments stretch too far to the right when the window is extended,
making them hard to read? Can we reduce that width by about 20%? Or not expand
the width of the text area beyond 720 pixels or so?
* Percent who found it helpful
Use a smaller font and parenthesis for '(60% found it helpful)', as shown in
the mockup.
* 'Featured' and 'Resolved' labels
See separate ticket for solving gracefully collisions between these labels and
the tools panel.

At sr.wikisource, the browser tabs display the English name of the project
('Wikisource') next to the page name. (See the middle tab - tab B - on the
attached file) However, they should display the local wiki name
('Викизворник'), as it is the case with sr.wikipedia where the browser tabs
display the local wiki name ('Википедија') rather than the English name
('Wikipedia'). (See the left tab - tab A - on the attached file)
This is present for at least several years, if not from the beginning. At
first, I've thought there was something wrong with the local mediawiki, and I
went to fix it by creating mediawiki pages ('MediaWiki:Sitename',
'Mediawiki:Wikisource') but it didn't work. Subsequently, I was told it can't
be fixed locally, so I have to report that here. In addition, that doesn't
occur only on sr.wikisource. The same thing experiences mk.wikisource. (See the
right tab - tab C - on the attached file)
I'd like to request changing from 'Wikisource' to 'Викизворник' for browser
tabs.

It was questioned if it is appealing or not. Now that two large RTL wikis want this (FaWP and HeWP) and one of them has implemented this (HeWP), I think it is obvious that this is a necessity that should be addressed. The problem with your approach is not only about lack of support for older browsers. It also makes it impossible to use the name attribute for its actual intended purpose.
