I think I have found a bug in the wikipedia PDF renderer.
Go to this page: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bicarbonate. In the chemistry box
on the right, there is the Properties section with Molecular formula as the
first record. This record has the value of CHO_3^-.
Now download the PDF of the page. You will see that in the PDF the same record
has the incorrect value of CHO. The same applies to
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carbonate, where CO_3^2- becomes CO in the
PDF.
This does uNOT/u apply to non-ions like
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sulfuric_acid, so I think that the problem are the
superscripts, while subscripts cause no problems.
Particularly, it should be the {{Chem|text|subscript|superscript}} tag. If
there is no superscript, the PDF is rendered correctly. If there is the
superscript, the renderer seems to ignore both the sub and the super scripts.

Right now we just cut off the comment if it is too long; adding a confusing, but correct counter helps a lot. Now to the question: I think adding the word bytes would help, since (a) some people know what a byte is and (b) even those who don't and see that the counter differs from a character counter may realize that bytes can mean something else. I can't really think of a good error code though. I removed support for action=raw for non-text content as a response to an explicit request from the core team - I think it was Tim Starling. The reason is that the current expectation is that this will return wikitext, and returning JSON or XML or whatever would break that expectation. Also, while we can communicate the serialization format using the ContentType header, there is no way to tell the client which content *model* is used, which makes it impossible to interpret the returned data. That, and the fact that action=raw is deprecated anyway. So, what error code should be used? A plain 400? Btw, ctype=text/css is kind of like an accept header, and it's incompatible with the content model used in Q207, so... it kind of is a 406. This is because a local account for that user has not been created in that wiki. So, after trying to reset password on that wiki, we get an error The username '$username' is not registered on this wiki, but it does exist in the unified login system. Even if I wanted to create a new account on this current wiki, I wont be allowed to do so citing that my desired username is very similar to/ same as the existing one. As a user, now I need to remember which wiki I had created that account on or any other wiki which I have visited before (as a logged in user) and then try to reset the password there. As Dantman suggested we cannot allow creating local accounts on wikis where the user has not visited before because you could abuse that to force MW to create local users on wikis that a user will never go. It could be used both as a form of user harassment and as a way to spam the RC even when blocked. A better approach would be to improve CentralAuth to allow resetting all passwords centrally for unified users. Here there is a Array based workaround .
It is not very performant but it is a workaround.
Question:
If you have an Application Category and you ask for the Application instance
with Has owner and Has user properties empty.
Answare:
Step 1: ask for all Application instances and save the list in all named
array
Step 2: ask for Application instances with valued Has owner and Has user
properties, and save the list in onlyfull named array
Step 3: calculate a new array: all minus onlyfull
Step 4: print the new array
