As Wikistats renews all metrics on every run (could change) any changes caused by 35707 will automatically update historic counts in all reports. WMF plans to do a limited follow up study to http://infodisiac.com/blog/2014/03/wikimedia-editor-trends-broken-down-by-project/ . For deduplicated editor stats I now have a file which merges edits from all wikis per user name, assuming user names over all wikis belong to the same person.
