On Firefox 3.5.2, the edit summary label stretches itself across the page (i.e.
last line justified) when "Justify paragraphs" is enabled in the user
preferences.

Don't know if it is problematic on other browsers like IE8 because my IE8 has
decided to act up again.

Steps to reproduce:

1) Enable "Justify paragraphs" in the user preferences
2) Be bold and edit something
