And then fixed again in r80060 - Opera has a bug as it appears, when you use
!important after a url() statement in CSS.

I fixed this in r79973, but not by applying logic or common sense - Opera must
be tripping over some CSS hacks or something.

What happens when you resize the page? Opera has strange reflow bugs, and
ResourceLoader fiddles with the timing of resources being loaded.
