My Firefox is the 3.6.12, when I display for example this page:
http://fr.wiktionary.org/wiki/fishy, I can see the bar, but if I empty my cache
to refresh

Does it reappear after you have emptied your cache? ... i.e once the cache is
updated the fish should no longer be displayed.
