The edit notice for each namespace should default to Mediawiki:Editnotice via a
redirect. This would greatly simplify edit notices, since anyone setting them
up on a new wiki wouldn't have to go to each one pointing it to the main one,
they could just blank the pages they '''don't''' want to have it on.
