Please rearrage the entries of Special:ListGroupRights as in the past
(alphabetical order of the group I think). If you see the entries now you'll
see that "users" are at the bottom of the table when it should be below "(all
users)". The same happens with "Administrators" etc.. Check a non-updated wiki
for comparation. Thank you.
