Whenever the PHPUnit jobs have a fatal error, we do not output a full stack
trace which is not really helpfull (ex:
https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/38155/ ).
We need to inject $wgShowExceptionDetails = true; in the configuration.
