following warning emerges continuously when I use my mediawiki.
When I requested the problem to my server's helpcenter, they said they blocked
this proc_open() for the reason of Security problems.
Can I use this function without the warnings?
Warning: proc_open() has been disabled for security reasons in
/hosting/inken/ellif/lif2/includes/parser/Tidy.php on line 174
