A simple solution to reduce pain for users with small screens could be scaling
down automatically the size of the whole TUX interface.
Adjusting size of single elements is overkill, but on Chromium with Vector if
you use 67 % or 75 % zoom then TUX sizes match normal MediaWiki sizes. However
this DIY makes also the rest of the interface too small.
