ULS on Odia Wikipedia has a faulty display of Lekhani typing layout on Mac OS X 10.7.5 + Chrome 24.0.1312.52. Test: Mac OS X 10.7.5 + Chrome 23 (as 24 is not available for me) and bug is present as you reported!
