There is an experimental version of jsub on tools-dev that will prepend
arguments found in ~/.jsubrc to the command line. Please test and see if it
works.

jsub (and qsub) allows to choose a different directory (or file) with the
options -o and -e. My KISS mind suggests that a user should create
~/bin/myjsub à la:
| #!/bin/sh
| jsub
