$wgInterwikiMagic produces nonsensical results on the chapter wikis.
See, for instance, [[:no:chapter:Bruker:This, that and the other]]. The
"Brezhoneg" link goes to Wikimedia Brazil and the "Українська" link goes to
Wikimedia UK's old site.
I think this option should be turned off on these sites.
I doubt there is any need to seek community/chapter agreement, given how broken
and useless this feature currently is.
