The following reports should be added:
<del>DBQ-42</del> list inclusions of templates that do not exist (nowiki)
<del>DBQ-41</del> list references to images that are not present locally nor on
commons (nowiki)
brokenimages probably needs to be a %nightly query as it's very slow. For the
moment I'll only enable it for nowiki.
