When making today translations on meta.wikimedia.org I could no longer notice
the behaviour described in this bug. I made test with Firefox Version 26.0 as
well as with Google Chrome

Just in order to be complete translations on www.wikidata.org is as well
working pretty fine. So according to my findings the issue is just happening on

Can you check what $.ime.preferences.registry contains? Maybe changing input
method will clear the invalid value.
