Screenshot of the bug − ULS not loading in Translate on Wikimedia Commons
In the Translate extension, when trying to change the translation language, ULS
panel shows up but without any messages loaded − only messages like
<uls-select-language>.
Entering a language ISO code and hitting Enter does not work either.
