Well, I'm still trying to understand things a bit more, as Ori was so kind to
set the instance up in May last year and so far it worked for me. :/

The instance 'boogs' uses self-hosted puppet, and the current puppet run is
broken. I cannot safely migrate an instance until it can cleanly run puppet
using an updated puppet repo.
