Jared and I had exchanged some emails about identifying open tickets in
Bugzilla that are popular.

Upstream tickets:
* Should have a way to search by number of CC:

* Sort by the number of people on the CC list

Only found an external script in
https://fedorahosted.org/fedora-engineering-services/ticket/24

For the records, defining "popularity", we now have
* >=20 votes: All | MediaWiki | MediaWiki ext. | Wikimedia
* High number of duplicates
on the frontpage thanks to bug 22170.
