Intention:
Add a Babel box

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Insert > Template

2. Type in #babel:en

3. Click "Add template".

4. Nothing happens.


Expected Results:  
Either it ought to Just Work™, or it ought to produce an error message about
VisualEditor not supporting parser functions yet (see bug 50855).

Reproducible: Always

Workaround:  Go to complex transclusion mode; add "Content"; paste in wikitext
source code for the parser function.
