Although "MediaWiki:Categorytree-num-empty" [0] is localized at
translatewiki.net [1], that doesn't seem to work at Romanian Wikipedia. Instead
of "fără conținut" (Romanian translation) we are being shown "empty" in the
Category namespace (see here [2] for instance).
