hashar added a comment. I agree with Daniel, they should be fixed and made voting then added to the gate-and-submit pipeline.
That being said, for some jobs we can consider having them run daily and have a report published daily at some common place so people can potentially look and fix the issues. But in practices, I don't think people really care about non voting jobs. We have plenty of them (jslint, puppet lint, phpcs) that barely receive any attention at all.
