Would it be possible to move it to http://nomcom.wikimedia.org (and have the existing wikipedia.org name redirect)? Failing that, can some sort of workaround be coded in to [[Special:SiteMatrix]]? Besides being listed in the wrong place, it also means there are red links for a nomcom Wiktionary, nomcom Wikibooks and so forth.
