It looks like the interface now uses "[Add header]" (with a red link) if the
header doesn't exist, which is what I think this bug was about. Not sure how
that makes it WONTFIX, but whate

You create the header automatically when posting the first thread on a
discussion page. It's done like that so that links appear blue instead of red.
It used to be done that
