Reporting against Citron Release : r61147
Steps to Reproduce ::
1) Select a random page and click on edit
2) Click on 'Add media wizard' icon to add media
3) Select an image/video
4) Click on 'Preview insert' to preview before add to page
<<empty window opened>>
Expected Outcome::
Preview insert shall display the selected video/image with the applied settings
