well, I'm still testing.
upload_by_url works, so there should be no problem with getting content from
external pages

Updated to the newest SVN Version, now the error has changed to
Import fehlgeschlagen: Importdatei konnte nicht geöffnet werden

Was able to set up interwikis for both of those wikis and import those two
articles (with full history and templates). Still worksforme.

was anything changed with transwiki import in the last time? I tryed disabeling
extensions, changing the allow interwikis for import, everything I thought that
could effect

disabeling Cache does not help
php maintainaince/update.php does not help
php maintenance/clear_interwiki_cache.php does not help
