Please enable FlaggedRevs extension for Georgian Wikipedia. We would like to
have the same configuration, which have German and Polish Wikipedias, with one
difference. We would like to have a special flag, called for now "FlagGiver".
The users with this flag must have the ability to give review user flag,
validate user flag, autoreview and "FlagGiver" user flag.
The users, who should have this flag are BRUTE, Zolokin, Nika_243, Gaeser and
Floydgeo.
If this is technically impossible, please enable this extension without the
special flag.
