Tag filtering can timeout if trying to filter on the order of 100,000
revisions. To reproduce, go to e.g.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Contributions?limit=20&contribs=user&target=Gurch&tagfilter=references+removed
Expected behavior: the query works, or after a while a user-friendly message
that there are too many revisions to filter.
Actual behavior: teal screen of death with ERR_READ_TIMEOUT.
