I think it's high time we kill the "Take me back" link. Surely at this point
the people who wanted to switch back to Monobook skin have done so. The meaning
of the link isn't very obvious (and will become even less so as time
progresses). Plus, it's a bit crazy for us to have that as the very first link
on every page.
As an alternate suggestion, we could change the link to point to
http://nostalgia.wikipedia.org/wiki/HomePage
