It can't literally be called [[Special:Allpages/redirect]], because that
already does something (list all pages starting at redirect)

Since this bug seems to ask for the exact functionality Special:ListRedirects
offers (even though that page is cached), I'm closing this as WORKSFORME,

There is [[Special:ListRedirects]], but that page is cached and limited.
