There are a number of such pairs of 'old' and 'new' name variants sitting side-by-side for compatibility -- even 'Asia/Saigon' and 'Asian/Ho Chi Minh' -- and since we're displaying the raw timezone identifiers you just get them all. Note that if we add type-ahead suggestion or other such improvements, it'll most likely make the expected modern spelling or name pop up first as well while still keeping compatibility for people who might start typing the old form; so we won't want to filter it out. However, both timezones are present, so Asia/Calcutta is probably just being kept for backwards compatibility.
