Unlike Special:Upload, which has additional wpDestFile and wpForReUpload
parameters created for re-uploading a newer version of an existing file or
overwriting it, the UploadWizard does not have a similar mechanism for such
re-uploads. Perhaps an added feature describing this could be put into the
UploadWizard associated text and pictures.
