Fixed in r82495.
In addition to the color for .external:visited, I added a color for
.external:active ( 'active' is when your mouse is down on it). This to be
consistent with internal links which also have a visual clue for :active.
external links that were interwikis (eg. [[m:Foobar]] ) had an override to
match external links, for that reason I added declerations to have a visual
clue for :active and :visted on .extiw as well.
