Patrolled edits are RC properties, ask the RC: [[mw:API:Recentchanges]]. If he's only looking for a specific title, that becomes problematic on something like Wikipedia, since there's no title-specific filter for RC. I was going to get all unpatrolled edits of an article using api. To do so I
first got all needed revisions ('action=queryprop=revisionstitles=...') and
then compared the results with patrolled logs.
('action=querylist=logeventsleprop=detailsletype=patrolletitle= ...')
But because of this bug I won't be able to detect edits that are patrolled by
rollback.
Do you know a better way to do this?
