Yeah kindly close it for now. We have failed to have a community consensus at

For the first request: please start a local discussion about enabling page
imports, and get back to us when consensus is found.

For the second request: this isn't a Bugzilla issue, and should be dealt with
using appropriate on-wiki methods. Interwiki links for en.wiktionary's recent
changes page are added through

probably need to request this on the talk page.
