Category tree before clicking
1. View any category tree where subcategories are present. Initially, a "CD
play" icon (triangle) is used.
2. Click the icon to expand the tree, then click it again to close the tree.
3. Now a "plus" icon is used instead.
See the attached before and after pictures (first.png and second.png).
This is with MediaWiki 1.22, the latest categorytree snapshot download
(wikimedia-mediawiki-extensions-CategoryTree-af0cce6.tar.gz), and Chrome
31.0.1650.63 on Ubuntu 13.10.
