Intention:
Trying to use tool to link wiki articles
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Edit a wiki page as normal
2. Generate the hyperlink using the editor button
3. Save page
Actual Results:
When link is generated, it has an extra colon.
Expected Results:
A correct hyper link being generated, directing to a valid page.
Reproducible: Always
