I sent an email responding to the last post you gave I did not realize I needed
to post my answer back here.
The last modified date for us is still wrong under "Browse properties"
we had to use {{date|{{REVISIONMONTH}}/{{REVISIONDAY2}}/{{REVISIONYEAR}}|mdy}}
as a work around
