For building an abuse case against a user that spans project boundaries, I need
to get the deletion logs for every article created by the user that have
subsequently been deleted on all Wikimedia projects. Currently, I am looking at
TBrandley, but I know that this query would be useful against many similar
problematic editors.
Note that I am not asking for a tool that allows me to view the deleted
articles, or anything else that would be restricted to admins on the various
projects. Users of all levels are allowed to see the deletion logs, there's
just no way to search by creating user.
